Pugh Leadership Academy is a dental practice management authority and advisor focused exclusively on private dental practice success. We teach practice owners how to operate a business that associates and staff love and turn patients into smiling fans of the office family.
The Academy was conceived to answer private practice owners who want fewer headaches and more time with patients.

Meet the Pughs
MELANIE PUGH, DMD, PA is a practicing dentist and private practice owner in Naples, Florida. Together with her husband, Jody, they operate what Melanie calls ”my dream practice.” With over 25+ years of dental experience, Dr. Pugh learned from experiences in public health, DSOs, and as a private practice owner. A mentor to associates and her staff, she became a dentist for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on someone’s life. See full bio.
JODY PUGH is a dental practice management expert, manager, and advisor. A former corporate sales trainer and licensed facilitator, Jody has an MBA in business administration and has a keen eye for keeping processes simple but systematic. As a Practice Manager, he has refined private practice operating systems for two decades. See full bio.
